Science: Bread Making Take 2
This time when we made this bread we were aloud to put ingredients in it, so my group chocolate chips and a half teaspoon of vanilla in it. The other cool thing about this time is we got to double our recipe since we were in a three person group. It was really fun making the bread because we got to put a lot of chocolate chips in the mix. When we were needing it chocolate chips would fall out of the dough, so we had to keep putting them back in. When we got our bread the next day ours looked really tasty so we cut our two breads in half and each of us got a pice and with the last piece we cut up so our classmates could taste it. When I ate part of the other peoples breads they were good, but the garlic cheese bread tasted the best to me It tasted great. Our other classmates liked our bread too probably because of the chocolate chips. Over all what I learned from this product is typically a lower percent of sugar produces the most amount of CO2.
